I bought a bonsai this evning, It's my first tree or actually my first plant ever other then cacti. But I hope it will be the first of many. Anyhow, I didn't figure out what type it is but the instructions said to water it heavy twise a week and fertilze it every other week. Its a leafy tree, the leaf gives a "furry" sensation on the bottom side when you slide your finger against it, almost simular to sliding your finger agains some sort of cotton fabrick. The top side feals like vax or the cover of a shiny magasin.
If anyone of you know what type it is it would be nice of you to shaer some pointer on how to treat it. I'm not to satisfied with its apperance, and was wondering if it is possible to cut it to fit my liking whitche would lead to abnormal trimming.
