Dawn redwoods

I'm pretty new at taking care of a Bonsai, I bought a 7 tree grove of Dawn Redwoods last summer When the temps dropped below 10 degrees this winter I moved it in doors to keep it from dying it started getting leaves on it about a month ago and was doing fine and then the leaves started to wilt and fall off. I have been keeping it watered at least once a day. Is there anyone that might be able to tell me what I can do to correct my mistake if it isn't too late that is.
