Just for your own education, the idea of "bonsai" seeds aren't entirely correct. "Bonsai" is something that you do to an already grown tree or plant. It is the miniaturization and cultivation of an older plant to look younger. Technically, any seed you find is potentially a "Bonsai" seed.
As for basic instructions growing a plant from a seed, there is a large resource of information available on the internet if you search a little. I suggest looking through a few of those sites and if you have additional questions about this, feel free to come back and ask.
